We're used to space exploration programs, including the ones that have to do with the development of new spaceships, to be subject to delays and unforeseen changes of plans, but I must admit, I wasn't expecting such a dramatic shift in priorities as Sierra Space and NASA jointly announced for the Dream Chaser.
