Audi’s new A8 flagship will get 48-volt tech to boost economy, performance
Audi will become the latest automaker to use a 48-volt mild hybrid system in its cars to improve fuel economy and lower emissions. The technology will be standard on all of the latest-generation A8 models, which will go on sale later this year.
