ISSUE
Parts of a pre-damaged oil jet cooling nozzle can damage the crankshaft and/or connecting rod bearing, which can lead to engine failure, possibly resulting in the engine block being punctured. Escaping oil can ignite.
REMEDY
The engine oil and oil filter are replaced.
