ISSUE
The safety cap of the belt end fitting on the driver's seat has not been installed correctly. If it comes loose, the belt is no longer fixed in its anchorage, which can lead to a reduced restraining effect.
REMEDY
On the affected vehicles, the safety cap of the belt anchorage is checked and reworked if necessary.
