BMW CEO Krueger: EU target of 45% CO2 cut by 2030 is ‘dreaming’

A 45 percent CO2 reduction would require 70 percent of European sales to be battery-powered vehicles, and the power infrastructure would not be able to handle it, BMW CEO Harald Krueger said.
