BMW Issues Stop-Sale for Certain MY2016 7 Series in the US for Airbag Recall
BMW has filed papers with the NHTSA to start a recall for certain versions of the 2016 7 Series.
The German company will recall around 6,110 BMW 7 Series models to replace their airbag control modules. While this is an airbag-related recall, it has nothing to do with the Takata situation, as the parts involved are manufactured by Continental.
