BMW M3 CS spied with new tires and carbon fiber bodywork

At this year’s Shanghai Motor Show, BMW rolled out the M4 CS. That car slots right into the middle of the M4‘s lineup, above the Competition package but not quite as focused and hardcore as the GTS model.
