Earlier this year, Chinese tech giant Xiaomi posted an incredible Nurburgring lap time with its obscenely powerful SU7 Ultra battery-electric vehicle. Driven by Vincent Radermecker at speeds that reached a dizzying 346 kph or 215 mph, the fastest road-legal electric vehicle on the Nordschleife finished the 20.8-kilometer lap in a jaw-dropping 7 minutes and 4 seconds.
