China-based Geely brings London’s black cab into the 21st century with a hybrid drivetrain

Owned by China’s Geely, the London Taxi Company is preparing to introduce a brand new cab called TX5. The cab will boast a plug-in hybrid drivetrain, in-car Wi-Fi, a panoramic sunroof and charging ports for mobile devices when it arrives in 2017.
