China-based Techrules has 1,030-hp turbine-hybrid for Geneva

A new Beijing-based automaker called Techrules claims to have a turbine-hybrid supercar concept with 1,030 horsepower to debut at the upcoming Geneva Motor Show. If that huge output isn’t hard enough to believe, the company also asserts the vehicle has a driving range of over 1,243 miles.
