Citroen Cactus M is ready for your beach vacation [w/video]

Just in case it wasn’t abundantly clear already, I love the Citroen C4 Cactus. It’s weird, good to drive, efficient, and it’s just so freaking French. I figured Citroen would eventually roll out some concepts or special edition models based on its funky hatchback, so I was happy to learn that the topless Cactus M would be coming to this year’s Frankfurt Motor Show.
