Daimler seeks way around France’s 35-hour workweek

Daimler is trying to circumvent France’s 35-hour workweek. It wants workers in Hambach, where it makes the Smart ForTwo, to put in more hours and has hinted that it may shift production if it cannot reach an agreement with employees.
