Daimler to focus on electric Smart cars in U.S., Canada

Daimler will stop selling combustion engine Smart cars in the U.S. and Canada and focus the brand on electric versions of the ForTwo models in the two markets as sales of the brand fell 16 percent in the U.S. last year.
