Ex-Taco Bell exec now suing Uber driver he attacked

A former Taco Bell executive who assaulted an Uber driver is suing his victim for $5 million, claiming he was recorded illegally. Benjamin Golden, 32, also blames driver Edward Caban for any injuries he suffered, CNBC reports.
