Farley, Hinrichs get new top roles as Ford plans for future

As Ford CEO Jim Hackett works to transform the automaker, his top lieutenants will take on new duties: Jim Farley will take charge of new businesses, technology and strategy, including the autonomous vehicle unit, while Joe Hinrichs will become chief of Ford’s global operations, including Europe.
