French VW probe identifies 23 billion euros of manipulated diesel sales, report says

France’s consumer fraud watchdog believes VW Group made nearly 23 billion euros ($25.65 billion) in sale proceeds on cars sold in the country with illegal defeat devices, a French newspaper reported.
