German court names Deka lead plaintiff in VW diesel test case
A German court named Deka Investment as lead plaintiff for 1,470 damages claims against VW totaling $2 billion. The plaintiffs say they lost money on a drop of almost a quarter in VW’s share price when it admitted cheating U.S. emissions tests.
