Germany weighs pollution goal that would spur EV, hybrid sales

Chancellor Angela Merkel’s government is working on targets to cut pollution on Germany’s roads that may effectively set a deadline for the car industry to shift a large portion of production to electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles.
