Ghosn’s statement in Tokyo court

Carlos Ghosn told a Tokyo court he acted “honorably, legally, and with the knowledge and approval of the appropriate executives” inside Nissan. His prepared remarks were made before a judge as he faced allegations of aggravated breach of trust.
