GKN helps slash CO2 in new Volvo XC90

GKN Automotive formed a partnership with Volvo to develop a so-called eAxle for the plug-in hybrid version of the new XC90. The solution helps the SUV to achieve CO2 emissions as low as 49 grams per km compared with 212g/km for the previous model.
