GM creates new EV VP role, appoints Chevy Bolt boss Pam Fletcher

General Motors is finding some success with the Chevy Bolt EV, which was launched under the guidance of Pamela Fletcher as the company’s Chief Engineer of Electrified Vehicles. In fact, the Bolt has outsold the Chevy Volt for three months in a row, with 2,632 units going to customers in September.
