Google gets patent for bus detection on autonomous vehicles

Once again, the universe demonstrates to us that it has a good sense of humor. Google now has a patent on bus detection for autonomous vehicles, according to Recode. As you might recall, a driverless Lexus from the tech giant had a low-speed collision with a public-transit bus on February 14.
