Governance panel opposed to Renault chairman being named Nissan head, report says

An external committee tasked by Nissan to help improve corporate governance at the automaker is opposed to the idea of Renault Chairman Jean-Dominique Senard being appointed to lead Nissan’s board, Reuters reported.
