IAV to plead guilty to felony, pay $35 million U.S. fine in VW emissions scandal

German engineering firm IAV has agreed to plead guilty to a felony in the U.S. and pay a $35 million fine for its role in helping Volkswagen market and sell diesel-powered vehicles that used a defeat device to cheat on U.S. emissions testing.
