Kevin Ward Jr’s family sues Tony Stewart for wrongful death

The family of Kevin Ward, Jr. has filed a civil lawsuit against Tony Stewart over the incident that killed Ward last year. The wrongful death suit has reportedly been filed in Ward’s native Lewis County, NY.
