Legislation to amend EPA proposal could make racecars legal again

The Specialty Equipment Market Association is applauding Congress today after news broke on HR 4715, a bill designed specifically to combat the Environmental Protection Agency’swar on the racecar. HR 4715, also known as the Recognizing the Protection of Motorsports Act of 2016, or RPM Act – who says Congress doesn’t have a sense of humor? – was put forth by a bipartisian group of US Representatives.
