Magna finalizes Getrag deal

Magna International has finally completed its $1.88-billion purchase of transmission supplier Getrag Group in a deal to merge two major suppliers in the auto industry. Magna first announced the acquisition in July 2015, but the business now completed the regulatory process to make things official.
