Mercedes sales rise 11% in April on robust Europe, China demand

Sales of Mercedes vehicles rose 11 percent in April, boosted by strong demand in Europe and China and the launch of several new models, which helped offset flat deliveries in the U.S. Four-month brand sales were up 12 percent.
