Milan considers paying people to bike to work

As large cities around the world face serious pollution challenges from vehicle – especially diesel – emissions, they are forced to get creative in fighting it. In Italy, cities are vying for their share of €35 million (almost $39 million US) that the government has recently announced for sustainable mobility solutions.
