Mitsubishi brings in new randd chief, restates earnings after scandal

Mitsubishi said a Nissan executive, Mitsuhiko Yamashita, will become its head of randd, part of a management overhaul in the wake of a fuel-economy scandal that also prompted the automaker to restate its annual earnings.
