Trevor Mann, Mitsubishi’s outgoing chief operating officer, expected to be preparing to take a newly created chief officer-level position within the Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi alliance in either Paris or Amsterdam. That all changed after Carlos Ghosn’s arrest in Japan.
