New U.S. self-driving car guidelines urge rivals to share data

The Obama administration’s proposed U.S. guidelines for self-driving cars unveiled Tuesday will ask the world’s automakers — not to mention Google, Tesla and Uber — to do something they are not likely to be thrilled about: share data.
