Nissan tells Renault it is ‘not opposed’ to Fiat Chrysler merger plan, report says

Nissan told Renault it is not opposed to its partner’s proposed $35 billion merger with Fiat Chrysler but “many details need to be worked out” before the Japanese automaker solidifies its position, the Nikkei reported.
