Nissan wants to protect ‘interests,’ is noncommittal on FCA-Renault merger

In his first official statement on the potential merger of Renault and Fiat Chrysler, Nissan CEO Hiroto Saikawa said he sees some upside but remains noncommittal until he is sure Nissan’s interests are protected.
