When you think of solving traffic congestion and parking problems, what sort of places come to mind? Probably dense population centers, cities like New York, London, or Paris. Yellowstone National Park, and its 3,500 square miles of wilderness across Montana, Wyoming, and Idaho, is probably not high on your list of traffic concerns.
