Not even VW knows how much the emissions scandal will cost

Volkswagen needs more time to work out the costs of its diesel emissions scandal, and the extra work will delay the release of the automaker’s 2015 financial results. The postponement will also wreak havoc on the company’s internal rolodex, pushing back the March 10 annual press conferences and April 21 shareholders’ meeting.
