OSHA investigating death at GM foundry in Defiance, OH

The death of a worker at General Motors‘ Defiance, OH iron foundry is being investigated by the US Occupational Safety and Health Administration. The investigation into the death of 50-year-old electrician Terry Bodenbender could take up to six months, The Toledo Blade reports.
