Polaris recalls 9,182 Slingshots for faulty headlights

Polaris will recall 9,182 examples of the 2015-2016 Slingshot in the US after several complaints of headlight failures. According to documents from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (as a PDF), the headlight relay can fail, and the first indication of this problem is often that the lights intermittently flash for brief periods.
