PSA moves Chinese HQ closer to partner Dongfeng

PSA has shifted its headquarters for China and Southeast Asia to the central Chinese city of Wuhan in a move that will enable the French automaker to work more closely with its Chinese partner and shareholder Dongfeng, which is based in the city.
