Renault calls for meeting of Nissan shareholders, report says

Renault is pushing Nissan to call a shareholder meeting as soon as possible to discuss the Japanese automaker’s indictment, governance and Renault’s appointees on Nissan’s board, Bloomberg reported. Tensions in the Franco-Japanese partnership have surfaced since the arrest of Carlos Ghosn.
