Renault-Nissan cross-shareholding ratio will remain the same, Nissan says

Nissan says the Renault-Nissan alliance has no plans to change cross-shareholding ratios of its member companies, after Reuters reported that it was in talks with Renault over a closer tie-up that would lead to a merger.
