Revived by China’s Beiqi Foton Motors, Borgward will introduce its first car in 54 years at the Frankfurt Motor Show. Dubbed BX7, it takes the form of a roughly BMW X5-sixed SUV that’s powered by a 225-horsepower 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine.
