S. Korea to ban 20,000 BMWs following engine fires

South Korea’s transport ministry said it will ban about 20,000 BMW vehicles from the streets amid mounting public fears about engine fires after 27 cars went up in flames this year. The fires prompted a recall of 106,000 diesel cars.
