Saab owner NEVS signs deal with China’s Volinco

National Electric Vehicle Sweden, the company that bought Saab, signed a deal with China Volant Industry for 20,000 electric cars based on Saab’s 9-3 sedan model. The deal will allow NEVS to access Volinco’s high-tech component suppliers.
