Seeking thrifty ways to cut pollution, Rotterdam links up with hybrid BMW owners

BMW and the Dutch city of Rotterdam have launched a project to encourage drivers of plug-in hybrid cars to switch to electric power in the city center to help cut greenhouse gas emissions and reduce traffic pollution.
