Self-driving car leaders to Congress: We need a plan

Laws that govern self-driving car operations need to be consistent across the country, or else the United States could lose its status as a leader in autonomous development. That’s the message executives from companies pursuing self-driving technology delivered Tuesday to a Congressional committee examining autonomous innovations.
