Spain to propose ban on sale of gasoline, diesel cars from 2040

Spain plans to propose a ban on the sale of gasoline and diesel cars from 2040, government sources said, joining a string of countries including the UK and France taking aim at polluting vehicles to help cut greenhouse gas emissions.
