A Tesla Cybercab prototype was spotted being tested on public roads in California for the first time. The prototype was fitted with side mirrors and a visible steering wheel, and had a person in the driver's seat. In the meantime, Tesla is hiring workers for the Cybercab production line, as it prepares for the start of production in 2026.
