During the third-quarter earnings call, Elon Musk was adamant that the Cybercab would exclusively be built as a robotaxi. However, Tesla's chair of the Board of Directors, Robyn Denholm, conceded that the Cybercab could have a steering wheel and pedals if autonomous driving is not solved by the time it launches.
