Tesla gets authorization from the Virginia DMV to open a dealership
Virginia DMV Commissioner Richard D. Holcomb ruled that Tesla should not be blocked from opening a Richmond area dealership. Letters of interest from 11 regional dealers were disregarded as not showing actual availability, as required by law.
